Automatic button machine

The new Simac 289 is a computerized automatic machine for attaching buttons with shank wrapping on the shoulder garment indicated for the blind stitch or pass-through stitch of shank buttons, buttons in structure and flat buttons also with counter button with the winding of the stem in a single cycle. With the IP520 color LCD touch-screen panel on the machine, the operator can easily select a sewing program, view it on the display and modify it according to his needs. The program can be stored on USB and possibly transferred to other machines, thus maintaining the same programming data, with a maximum of 100 programs that can be stored in the panel and 20 sewing programs per cycle with 30 buttons that can be stored per cycle.
In the Simac 289 the maximum button sewing speed is 1200 p / min. and 1800 p / min. in the stem winding.
